What can I
say? You saved my day! Please post this email to your website. I
contact Anna for a Santorini tour, but I have found in the
meantime someone else with cheaper price, so I booked him. When
I got to the island, the driver wasn't even there and after many
phone calls and no luck to reach him, I called Anna. I felt
embarrassed to ask her if she knew my driver but I was afraid
about my credit card. She very politely tracked the man for us
and he showed with an old relatively car, no air-condition and
definitely not smoking free, trying to explain with a few
English he knew, that it was his daughter that responded in
fluently English and he got caught in traffic. Of course I
demanded my money back and he ensured me that he didn't charge
my credit card and I could not use his service if I want it to.
I was so furious that I would loose a whole day and then I
thought that since Anna helped me the first time, I should give
her a call. And I am glad I did! She personally gave us a tour
around the island (she doesn't usually as she owns the agency)
and I have to say that it was the best tour ever! My husband and
4 other friends, still talk about it! When we got back to the
ship, we met with 4 other groups that Anna's agency offered tour
that day and they had the same wonderful experience we had!

The tour went
beautifully (once we got to the top). The long line for the
cable car made us an hour late, but Kiki was there waiting
for us with a smile. We all agreed to Santorini was one of
our favorite places on the trip.

I am

I recently saw your website
and once again it sparks my absolute fondness for your island of
Santorini. I saw the pictures of people you’ve made happy and I
thought that what could be more fitting to showcase in your site
but the smiling faces of a happy group. Thanks to both of you.
Eight months after our cruise
on June 2005, these people are still talking of the wonderful
time everyone had under Niko’s care for that one unforgettable
day. And those pictures Nikos took are just gorgeous and I’ve
included all in the souvenir DVD I’ve created for the group. And
by the way, the group from Los Angeles California whom I’ve
recommended to use your service last year were of course very
happy with your tour.

Now that we
are home and things are settled down, I just wanted to drop you
a note to thank you again for the wonderful day you gave us when
we visited Santorini on October 10th. Our friend, Walt, made
copies of the CD you gave us, and every time I look at it I want
to come back. I even downloaded one of the pictures onto my
desktop! I makes a day here at work much more pleasant!

for the kindness you showed all of us, and especially our friend
Mae. Getting her that birthday cake was the highlight of her
day! We did some shopping after we left you, and Deb did her
part to help your national economy. One of the jewelry stores
was very happy to see her! Carl also bought me a beautiful gold
and lapis necklace and I think of your beautiful island now
whenever I wear it. I still worry about the little kitty we
named Electra and hope that she found another home after the
restaurant closed.
We will

Just got
back from the Celebrity Galaxy Eastern Med trip and wanted to
pass along my evaluations of private guide we used for
Santorini:
Santorini-There is a lot of talk on the board about not using a
guide here and I agree that if you just want to see a little
scenery and visit a few shops you probably don't need one. But
if you are like me, and want to really see the island and its
archaeological sites in detail, you will find them well worth
the money. We used
www.santoriniprivatetour.com
(Anna arranged for us ) and
also arranged for an archaeological guide, you have to
specifically request for one. Akrotiri is becoming one of the
most important archaeological excavations in the world but it is
a complicated, hard to visualize site and you might as well not
even go see it if you are not with a competent guide.It was a
fabulous day and Nikos said at
the end that we had seen more in that one day than most people
do in a week. We went to Akrotiri, Oia, climbed the mountain to
Ancient Thera, visited the main museum, a winery and some
Byzantine sites and generally hiked and drove all over the
Island. The archaeological guide was really great and even my
seven year old son loved the day. Nikos
also brings his camera and takes pictures of your family all day
and hands you a CD at the end with really great pictures on it.
This is probably controversial but we really enjoyed our guided
tour of
Santorini and I think they are well worth the money if
you want to really see the sites in a day. J. Davidson |

I just wanted
to add my two cents.
Our group of six toured with a guide that Anna has arranged on
June 7, on our Galaxy Western Med cruise, and we had the best
tour with him than in any of the other ports. The guide took
many pictures of us with stunning views as backgrounds. At the
end of the tour, he drove us to the office, burned the pictures
onto CD's, and gave them to us as wonderful momentos.
During the tour, the guide took us to vantage points, not known
by the average tourist, for incredible views. The itinerary was
extremely flexible - she gave us a variety of options for
destinations and experiences. We have the highest regard for
Anna, and would use her again as we definitely plan to go back
to Santorini one day.

tour we took while on our stay in Santorini.
The private tour was an unforgettable experience in a magical
place. Although we went during the winter
seeason during an off-peak time, you still offered us a glimpse
of the true beauty of this island. You were
